Mark as Useful This person has a name - Thomas Whitter, calls every day asking for someone who does not live at the number he keeps dialing. I called and told them they have wrong number and that they need to stop calling all the time. I have a case number the left on the VM - called and told them, they have the wrong name and number and stop calling- let's see that will work....

Mark as Useful got a call from him today and said i owe money from a payday loan and I dont owe anything. said if i dont pay by friday he will arrest me. he has a very heavy accent and I couldnt understand him so I asked to speak to someone with proper english and he said he will call me back within 5 min and yet not even 3 min later he called back and insisted on collecting $300 from me. ha! what a scam. I am def reporting him tomorrow

Mark as Useful this person is calling and stating that i have committed credit fraud and will be prosecuted for 3 different federal charges when i ask for something in writing they hang up on me. I do not have any unpaid loans that i am supposedly being investigated for by the CIA. I have no idea why they are calling and harassing me and members of my family telling them i have committed credit fraud
